I subscribe to the mantra “a rising tide lifts all boats”. If my own experiences, both positive and negative, can be leveraged to support you along your journey, don't be shy about reaching out.
I’m open to select strategic advisory and board roles with organizations navigating complex questions at the intersection of health, technology, and systems design. My work is focused on helping leaders think clearly at moments of inflection, rather than participating in day-to-day execution.
Where I’m most helpful
I tend to be most useful when teams are grappling with questions such as:
- How a technically or scientifically complex idea becomes a coherent product or platform
- How evidence, regulation, and incentives interact in healthcare and life sciences
- How to design sustainable business models around data, measurement, or emerging technologies
- How to pressure-test strategy, narratives, or long-term assumptions with investors, boards, or partners
Engagement model
Advisory work is selective and scoped. This may take the form of:
- Independent board or advisory board roles
- Time-bounded strategic advisory engagements tied to a specific decision or transition
- Short advisory sprints to clarify direction ahead of fundraising, partnerships, or major product milestones
I do not take on operational, interim, or execution-focused roles.
Boundaries and conflicts
I take care to ensure that any advisory or board role is non-operational, non-competitive, and clearly distinct from my role at CONNEQT Health. Potential conflicts are reviewed upfront, with clarity on scope and expectations from the outset.
Getting in touch
If you think a conversation could be mutually useful, please share a brief note outlining:
- Your organization and context
- The nature of the advisory or board role you’re exploring
- The specific questions or challenges you’re facing
If there’s a clear fit, I’ll suggest next steps.
